General Information
All rights to original artwork are always retained by the artist,
unless specifically negotiated during sale.
Sale prices do not include shipping, which is 10% of sale price,
and charged at the time of sale.
No packaging or handling fees are ever charged, unless it is agreed that
the art will be professionally packaged for shipping.
FL sales taxes of 6.5% are charged at the time of sale.
Refunds for purchases may be requested within 2 weeks of receipt of
purchase (please contact the artist if artwork arrives damaged).
Return shipping + insurance costs are paid by the purchaser;
art must be returned in the same condition that it was received,
before refund will be issued.
